My journey with Reiki began in an unexpected moment of stillness. In 2001, while working in an NHS hospital, someone offered me Reiki for the first time. I’d never heard of it before, but the experience left a lasting imprint on me. Something shifted quietly but profoundly. I felt a connection, a peace, and a clarity that stayed with me long after the session ended.

Since then, I’ve followed a path of curiosity, healing, and learning. Over the years, I’ve explored holistic health in many forms, but I always found myself drawn back to the gentle power of Reiki. That pull led me to train in the Usui tradition, first achieving Level 1 and 2, and eventually fulfilling a personal milestone by becoming a Reiki Master.

This practice has enriched my life on so many levels. It has deepened my sense of compassion, sharpened my intuition, and reminded me of the quiet strength we all carry within. It is a true privilege to now offer Reiki to others and to create a safe, nurturing space where healing can unfold naturally.

I am a mother of two grown daughters and have lived a full and varied life. My journey has taken me from my early college days studying Fashion and Journalism, through  life's challenges and the incredible blessing of being a  mother, to founding a successful makeup design business. I’ve worked with children, run community arts classes, and found a creative home in the world of film and theatre. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to build deep, nurturing friendships that continue to nourish me.

Every step of that journey has led me here. Being a Life Coach and Reiki Master has always felt like it was in my spiritual DNA, something I was meant to grow into. I’m so grateful to now be in a place where I can share this work with others, holding space for healing, clarity, and transformation.
